ஏன்....எதற்கு....?
நேற்று, இன்று, நாளை என்பது தான் விடை.
பதிலை சொன்னதும் இவ்வளவு எளிதாக உள்ளது, என நினைக்கத் தோன்றும்.
ஆனால் நாம் சிந்திக்கும் போது பதில் கிடைக்காது. நான் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் கூறிக் கொண்டிருப்பது கடி ஜோக் அல்ல.

நீங்களும் செஸ் பயிற்சி செய்யும் போது இந்த நகர்த்தலை ஏன் செய்யக்கூடாது? என்று உங்களுக்குள் கேட்டுப் பாருங்கள். புதிய வழிகள் கிடைக்கும். இந்தக் கேள்வி மூலம் பயனடைந்தோர் பலருண்டு.

Rules and Regulations
Eligibility: Unrated players and Elo Rating below 2200.
System of Play: The Tournament will be played under FIDE Laws of Chess.
AICF Registration: All participants must be registered with AICF for the year 2011-2012. Those who are not registered should apply for registration by paying a fee of Rs. 250/- along with the duly filled and signed AICF player’s registration form and Date of Birth Certificate from Municipality plus one passport size photo. Those who are already registered with AICF must show the proof.
TNSCA Registration is compulsory for Tamil Nadu players. The TNSCA Registration fee is Rs. 70/- for the year 2011-2012.
Time Control: 60 minutes each with 30 seconds increment per move from move number 1, for mechanical clock 90 minutes each.
Players must bring their own International Chess Sets (and Chess Clock if, any)
Tie-Break: Buchholz tie break system will be applied. In case of tie, the prizes will not be shared.
Protest: Protest, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs. 500/- within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident. The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.
Withdrawals: A player may withdraw at any stage of the event, after informing Chief Arbiter in writing.
Appeals Committee: Before the commencement of the tournament, appeals committee will be formed from the senior participants present at the players meeting.
Interpretation: For interpretation of the rule(s) and deciding any point not covered by the above rules of the tournament, the decision of the tournament committee shall be final and binding on all. The Tournament committee has every right to make any amendment to these rules, without notice. Such changes will, however be displayed in the tournament hall.
Rights of Admission: The organizer/ TNSCA/Pudukkottai District Chess Association reserve the right to admit/refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof.
The organizer/ TNSCA/ Pudukkottai District Chess Association reserve the rights of admission to the venue and lodging places.
Lodging: Outstation players have to make their own arrangements for lodging.
